Cancellation Policy

We at Folkmen try to provide the best shopping expecting to our customers. Because..that's what a 'Folkmen' would do. 

In case you wish to cancel the order, please reach out to us and we will take care of everything for you.​​

Your order can be cancelled if it hasn’t been shipped yet. You can send us mail at contact@apenzo.in with the reason for the cancellation and we will process the same.

Once a cancellation request has been accepted, money will be refunded to the source of payment, within 3-5 business days. To confirm the refund status, we request you to check your bank statement/source of payment.

**Folkmen reserves the right to cancel any order without pre-confirming the customer at any time and may verify any order before shipping the same to the customer that may include having a verbal or written confirmation from the customer.
